Insurance Agent (2-20 License)
As an Insurance Agent, you will sell and negotiate life, health, property, or other types of insurance to match the needs of your clients. You must evaluate their needs and propose plans that will meet their criteria, as well as their financial status. You will do so by scheduling meetings, determining the extent of present coverage and investments, and building long-term goals for your clients. You will develop relationships with potential clients through networking and referrals and you will develop a long-term database of clients through many channels, including referrals, cold calling, email, social media, and postal mailing.
Insurance Customer Service Representative (4-40 License)
Insurance Customer Service Representatives work to provide a valuable connection between insurance customers and policy providers. Your job is to handle all customer queries and/or complaints. You will also provide prospective customers with detailed information about company products.
